What is Psychosynthesis?
Psychosynthesis is an approach to personal development inspired in part by the work of Carl Jung and articulated by Roberto Assagioli, M.D., starting in 1910. This perspective on how our minds work helps people:
develop their creative potential
improve their relationships
discover their essential nature
participate more consciously in their growth
Psychosynthesis integrates all aspects of human experience, including cognitive, physical, emotional, and depending on the individual's perspective, spiritual aspects as well. Over the years, its core concepts have been incorporated into much of modern psychology and widely respected wellness practices.
